Fred Cowley, CIC

Fred Cowley has been a well known financial educator, professional financial planner and advisor since 1971. He has also been a guest lecturer in forty-nine states, Canada, Puerto Rico and Great Britain. Fred Cowley, owner of Cowley Financial, has served his industry as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County (Texas) and his community as President of the Greater Fort Worth Kiwanis Club and his church as a Deacon and Praise Director.

Mr. Cowley graduated in 1960, with a Bachelors Degree, followed by a Masters Degree, from Abilene Christian University where he also taught and served as an administrator. For eighteen years, Fred was an adjunct faculty member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors also earning for himself the coveted recognition of (CIC) "Certified Insurance Counselor."

Fred and his wife, Sheila, have been married since 1958 and have resided in Fort Worth, Texas since 1974.

Ryan Cowley

Ryan Cowley graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University. In 1997, Ryan earned his MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) with a dual focus in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University.

During his career, Ryan has served as an investment representative, business cash flow specialist, and accountant for an international petroleum company.

Ryan and his wife, Christina, have been married since 1999 and reside in Fort Worth, Texas.  They have been blessed with four beautiful children, David, Benjamin, Margaret, and Andrew.  Christina enjoys being a “stay-at-home” mother and supports Ryan in his ambitions.

Ryan states, “It is my privilege and pleasure to work with seniors and assist them with their personal and financial planning.  Having grown up in Fort Worth, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to advance my career while working with my father at Cowley Financial Group.”

Necia Cobb

As a specialist for many years in the Financial Services industry, Necia brings a broad range of experience to the Cowley Financial team.  She has served clients in forty-six states as a respected guest lecturer.  Necia’s expertise is working with individual clients as a senior retirement specialist.  Using a foundation of integrity and service as her trademark, she strives to advise and assist clients in planning for a lifetime of financial security and independence.

Necia graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelors Degree, followed by Graduate studies in Math and Finance.  She is also a Master of Estate Planning Advisor.

Married to James Cobb, Necia has two adult daughters and two grandchildren.  They enjoy traveling as well as spending time with their family.  Necia Cobb is also active as the Founder of Reach for Hope, a cancer support group.  She is the recipient of the Doris Kupferle Award for outstanding community service, through the Susan G. Komen Foundation.  Necia and James enjoy involvement in many activities at their church, where they have been active members for 23 years in Fort Worth.

Kyle Mankin

A Graduate of the University of Oklahoma in 1994, Kyle worked his way through school, earning a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration emphasizing both Economics and Marketing.  Kyle brings a range of experience serving in various marketing, managerial, and administrative roles in the retail, medical, and telecommunications industries.

Originally from Oklahoma and raised in Arkansas, Kyle and his wife Jean moved to Fort Worth in 1994.  Celebrating 13 years of marriage they have been blessed with 3 sons, Collin, William, and Henry.  Jean is a fulltime mother, wife, and works in the medical community at John Peter Smith Hospital.  The Mankins take great joy in being active members in their church and the Fort Worth community.

Tammy Cullers

Tammy Cullers graduated from Arlington Career Institute in 2001 with a Paralegal/Legal Assistant degree, and has a degree in Court Reporting (not certified) and is a Notary Public.  Tammy has spent 8 years working in the legal field assisting attorneys in the downtown Fort Worth area.  While being the Assistant to the firm, Tammy brings an array of experience to Cowley Financial Group with communication skills, computer skills and overall office skills.  Tammy enjoys working closely with the clients at Cowley Financial Group, making it a priority to take care of all the needs of the clients.

Tammy and her husband Kevin have known each other for almost 19 years and have been married for 13 years.  They have lived in Mansfield, Texas for almost 8 years.  They enjoy spending time with their two young boys, Kevin Jr. and Korbin, participating in outdoor activities and being active members at their church in Mansfield.
